Sunday Long Run from PRC NW

Portland Running Company leads a long run every Sunday morning departing from our location at 2258 NW Raleigh St. in Portland.

We decide the route(s) on the spot; there is almost always a contingent heading into Forest Park to hit the trails. Other routes we like include Terwilliger/Council Crest, Mount Tabor, and the Sellwood Bridge Loop. Distances vary, but most folks run for about two hours.
