Qigong is a gentle moving meditation. Qigong is simply working with your body’s own energy, and is one of the best ways to help maintain a healthy lifestyle.
Spring Forest Qigong has been developed to be a simple, effective system of movements and meditations that can be done anywhere, and by anyone, no matter your age, physical abilities, or beliefs. Qigong helps to manage and reduce stress, heal physical and emotional pain, and enhance the quality of your life.Benefits:
-Increase oxygen uptake for stronger muscles
-Soothes your nervous system
-Improves your metabolism and digestion
-Aides in weight control, a youthful appearance, and balanced energy

Feel free to get comfortable in the way that is best for you! Get settled sitting on a meditation pillow, lying down on a mat, or sitting in a chair. During this Meditation class you will be guided into a deeper relaxation state.You don’t have to be an expert meditator. You may even be brand new to it, or well versed in meditation. Come enjoy this time to allow yourself to just set into the group energy and reset yourself.
