Join us for a Mid-Day Meditation for deeper connection and relaxation.
Feel free to get comfortable in the way that is best for you! Get settled sitting on a meditation pillow, lying down on a mat, or sitting in a chair. During this Meditation class you will be guided into a deeper relaxation state.

You don’t have to be an expert meditator. You may even be brand new to it, or well versed in meditation. Come enjoy this time to allow yourself to just set into the group energy and reset yourself.

Meditation has many health benefits such as:
-Lowers stress levels
-Improves memory and focus
-Helps to manage anxiety
-Leads to better self-awareness
-Prevents dementia and age-related memory loss
-Helps you get better sleep
-Helps control chronic pain
