Adsul is a watch tower opposite Asherigad.
The trek to the top of Adsul is challenging, and it is recommended for experienced trekkers. To reach the top we need to climb the steep rock section and scree patches with steep slopes.
We start the trek early in the morning which takes 2 to 3 hours to reach the top. Everyone will be equipped with harnesses, cross the traverses and climb the exposed patch which will lead to the top ridge of the pinnacle.

Embark on a day hike to Kohoj fort situated in the Palghar region, renowned for its distinctive rock formation resembling a human figurine at the summit. Limited historical records exist about this fort, which was seized by the Portuguese in the 16th Century. They erected fortifications and bastions on its grounds. Subsequently, the fort was conquered by the Peshwas in 1737 and later came under British control.
During this event, we will travel by a hired vehicle from Palghar railway station to Vagothe. After the event briefing and introductions, we will begin the Hike from the shores of Shelke Lake, traversing through dense forest areas to reach the summit where the temple of Lord Shiva is located. The journey to the fort's peak involves passing through the remnants of its fortifications.

The climb to the top of Shree Malangad can be challenging, and it is recommended for experienced hikers in Sahyadris. To reach the top we need to cross the thrilling pipe section and has rocky terrain with steep slopes.
We start the hike early in the morning hours which takes 2 – 3 hours to reach the plateau from where the technical portion of the climb starts, everyone will be equipped with safety gear, cross the pipe portion and then climb the rock cut stairs, one more exposed patch which will lead to the balekilla of the fort. During descent, there will be a rappelling till the plateau from the pipe section.
Malangad has a rich historical significance and is known for its ruins of an ancient fort at the summit. The fort was built during the reign of the Maratha Empire in the 17th century and was used as a strategic location for keeping watch over the surrounding areas.
The fort has seen many battles and was captured by various rulers throughout history. It was also used as a place of refuge by the Maratha ruler, Shivaji Maharaj, during his campaigns against the Mughals.
In addition to its historical significance, Malangad is also known for its religious significance. The Haji Malang Dargah, a shrine dedicated to the Sufi saint Haji Malang, is located at the top of the mountain and is visited by many devotees each year.Highlights:
