Mindful Meditation - provides, personal Intention setting, positive self talk reinforcement by positive affirmation messaging, singing bowl and chime modalities, vibrational frequency music used as a tool for aiding in healing and restoration, and healing energy circle.
This sister circle is important because it creates a supportive community of women who can offer emotional support, guidance, and encouragement. It provides a safe space for women to share their experiences and challenges, and to receive advice and feedback from others who can relate - women supporting women to improve the wellness journey.
