What we’re about
Hi everyone, I am Dr Phil Morrison and I am a professional confidence coach who enjoys keeping fit!
I am creating this group to provide help, support and motivation for anyone who is looking to get fit and healthy, reduce social anxiety, improve mental health and make new friends :)
The events in this group will be structured as follows:
- We will meet at 10am on 3x Sunday's each month at a central location in Birmingham
- I will put everyone in pairs and we will go for a 30-minute run (the pace will be suitable for whole group and, as attendance grows, pace groups can be created)
- Finally, we will go for a 1-hour coffee social where I will make sure that everyone is included in the conversation and has the opportunity to talk and ask questions
Feel free to join this group if you are a person with good ethics and believe you would benefit from attending such events and feel free to recommend it to others who would also enjoy it :)
Finally, I am happy for everyone to come along to two events free of charge and then if you wish to keep on coming down I will charge £5 per event or £75 for an annual pass to all of the events.
