Running Souls Run Club speed workout. Free to all. It is recommended that you be able to run at least 10 minutes a mile continuously for 3.5 miles. It is fine if you have never done speedwork Every week we do a different workout.
Most of the people in the club are not from Meetup. Our typical workout has about 8 to 14 people We are a small friendly group. You will get not get lost in the crowd.
