Wrapped In Kindness: Care Package Distribution Event

After packing the care packages, it’s time to get them into the hands of those who need them most. Join us for a morning of community outreach as we distribute the care kits we’ve assembled to our neighbors throughout Downtown. Whether you're helping with distribution or offering words of encouragement, your presence will make a difference in brightening someone's day. We’ll be working in small groups to deliver care packages to various locations, ensuring that as many people as possible are supported.

No experience is necessary; however, this event does require walking on foot and carrying packages so please be prepared. Ages 18+ recommended, we don't know what we may encounter.

Volunteers who participate in the distribution will also be invited to our post-event Meetup social, where we can reflect on the day, enjoy refreshments, and connect with fellow volunteers. Social details will be shared with those who RSVP and confirm attendance with Sarah.

Don’t forget, you can still bring your own donations of jackets or blankets to contribute to the cause (washed please). Please RSVP early, but spots may open based on the number of donations we’ve collected and the number of volunteers needed.

To ensure a smooth and organized event, we kindly ask that all RSVPs confirm prior to the event date. If we do not receive confirmation, we will need to open the spot to the next person on the waitlist. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us make this experience as seamless as possible for everyone involved!
