Welcome to the Scottsdale 50+ 85251 group! This group is for all people over 50 who live, work or play in the 85251 area of Scottsdale. While not every activity will be in the 85251 zip code… those that aren’t will be adjacent and/or too good to pass up. Join me for a wide range of outdoor and indoor activities including happy hours, pub crawls, theater, concerts, arts and entertainment, casino gaming, hiking, game nights, dining out, weekend getaways and trying new and fun activities. Whether you're looking to meet new friends, try new things, or simply have a good time this group offers a variety of events for all interests. Come meet new people, explore new places, and make lasting memories… because you’re never too old to have fun!!

People’s interests and professions will intersect and that is part of the natural growth of the community we are building, and I do not want to stifle that; however, this is not a group to come to for the sole purpose of promoting yourself or a product, this is a social group and members don’t want to be approached with sales pitches, both in-person and electronically. -
Do not contact members you have not yet met.
This group is not a dating group, it is for singles and non-singles looking to socialize in an environment where they feel safe that they won’t be approached online by strangers like the group is a dating app.
Members reported for violating this rule will be given one warning, and a second violation will result in removal from the group. Based upon the initial reported violation I reserve the right to remove the member without a first warning.
