Hello Everyone!
Please join us as we run our way through the fall and prepare for this years Seattle Half Marathon! Believe it or not, but we have been doing this every year since 2010! Not only do we love this event, but it is a perfect way to keep your motivation and running consistency going as summer time fades away in the rearview mirror. We've found that showing up for weekly group runs and having a community of others can make a big difference on how successful you are in keeping your running routine going through the fall and winter.
Erin & Justine will be our awesome leaders for this build up and will be posting each week the training schedule for you to follow along with. Consistency is the key to success, so do your best to get those weekly runs in. There are times that our schedules will encounter conflicts and the better you are to anticipate those and modify your running schedule the less runs you will miss.
