Thursday Evening Casual Run is a social run welcoming runners of all levels. We meet at Road Runner Sports (Green Lake location, 7020 Woodlawn Ave NE) at 6:30, run to Green Lake, and turn left. After the run, we eat! During the warmer months we disperse to grab takeout (PCC, Local Bigger Burger, Zeeks, and Frelard Tamales are all good options nearby!) and meet back at the lake to eat together. Bring a blanket/towel! There are 3, 4, and 5 mile routes with runners at a variety of paces. We generally stick to the outer loop on Green Lake which is a little more runner-friendly, but recommend the inner loop for the section along Aurora due to heavy traffic.
