We'll be in the Seattle Public Theater parking lot What Three Words app = wicked.hops.urban meet at 9 am start running about 9:05. Routes for this week over 3 miles will take us to: John Lewis Memorial Bridge

The Saturday Mid-Morning Run welcomes runners/walkers of all abilities paces and distances. We have a rotation of routes that range anywhere from 3 to 12 miles long. By RSVP'ing and commenting in this meetup event lets others know what pace and distance you are looking to run/walk and the more comments and RSVP's means more people will be willing to venture out knowing that someone will be running/walking at their same pace and distance -- comments help!

While we’re excited to have you join us once again, we do have some new guidelines for all participants of SGLRG to keep everyone safe and healthy. The most up to date information about COVID protocols for the SGLRG can be found at this link -- https://safety.rungreenlake.com/

Expectations for this group run:

* Please do not attend if you are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, had exposure to anyone with COVID-19, or have had COVID-19 yourself in the past 3 weeks.

* As of 02/17/22, masks are no longer required for this event. Please be considerate of your fellow runners' personal comfort level with their choices

* Our goal is to not bombard pathways, trails, sidewalks and streets, so please follow traffic laws at all times and be aware of those around you on foot, bicycles and automobiles. Staying to the right will allow room for others to pass uninhibited on the left. when passing others please consider going single file in order to allow for greater spacing as you pass.

* During our events, please keep in mind that we are all coming from different places and this pandemic has impacted all of us in different ways. Be respectful with your language and conversational topics. Running is a safe topic and a good building block to get to know others better. We want our events to be a safe place in which our members don’t feel threatened, harassed, or experiencing unwelcomed advances. Running is a great way to get to know other and it has helped us build a great community within the Seattle Green Lake Running Group. We can all make a big difference in each other’s overall experience and whether members want to continue attending events.
