Summit 50+ Ski with Us

Meet at the base area of Peak 8 at the top of the Gondola. Proceed INSIDE the Ski Hill Grill through the main doors and to the tables on the left in front of the windows. We usually have a bright yellow flag. We meet at or before 8:45 for a little socializing, planning, and a quick safety briefing. If you're new, welcome and don't be shy!
Plan to head up the Colorado Superchair right at 9:00am.
We will divide into smaller groups according to ability level and terrain either inside or usually at the top of the lift.
We usually plan on meeting as a group for lunch at the Vista Haus on Peak 8 at 11:30ish. More skiing after lunch becomes optional and a bit "group freestyle".
There will be limited terrain, so expect to ski mostly groomers. We can use this opprtunity to work on technique and leg strength!

Exit Hwy 6 at River Run and continue straight to Mountain House EAST parking. All parking is FREE on both sides of the road. Walk over to the Mountain House Lodge (or walk up behind the Clinic and ski down) and meet INSIDE at the table area to the left. Look for a group of oldsters with a bright yellow flag. If you're new, don't be shy!

We'll plan to head up the Peru Lift as a group at 9:00, so be there ready to roll. We will divide into appropriate groups according to ability level and terrain at the top.
