Through gentle practices that nurture self-love, emotional balance, and resilience, members embark on a deeply personal journey of introspection. Each session is a step closer to aligning your actions with your truest self, finding healing where it’s needed, and uncovering the wisdom within. 

Whether you are seeking peace, direction, or a sense of belonging, Soul Compass is here to guide you toward your true north—one breath, one moment, one revelation at a time. 

Come as you are and join us in a nurturing space where guided meditation and gentle breathing practices become a gateway to inner peace. Together, we will explore ways to ease stress, nurture self-awareness, and reconnect with the stillness within. 

Whether you’re taking your very first step into meditation or have walked this path before, these sessions are a welcoming home for everyone.

Each session is thoughtfully designed to include: 

  • An hour of guided meditation and mindfulness practice: Breathe deeply, rest fully, and center yourself. 
  • An hour of self-inquiry and heartfelt connection: Share insights and find support in a circle of understanding souls.
