Outdoor Yoga @ Arsenal Yards (IRL)

You're invited to gather at Arsenal Yards to make good use of the green at Arsenal Park. (I will post an update here if we have to move indoors or cancel due to weather). **I'll share free day passes to Central Rock Gym (limited supply)**

Join to practice yoga and remember how to keep yourself balanced as we enter the fall season. This is a vinyasa yoga class series focused on connecting movement and breath, opening to a flow of energy. Participants can expect a dynamic class with encouragement to adapt postures for your unique anatomy. We will engage in vigorous movement, reinforcing foundational alignment, stretching, and balancing our energies for deep healing.

Bring yourself, a mat, some water, and some friends & family! All levels, all ages, welcome.
