Inspired to Create: A Handcrafting Yoga Retreat!
This is a Women's Yoga, Crafting and Sound Bath Retreat!

On Thursday, you can check in between 3 and 5 pm. We’ll have snacks and drinks as we welcome each other to the space. Before dinner, we'll make our first craft to break the seal on the craft room! Around 7:30 pm, a relaxed dinner will be served, followed by a gentle grounding yoga class.

Friday will kick off with an optional 8 am yoga practice. After a delicious breakfast, it's time for crafting! After lunch, we'll take a quick trip to town to gather inspiration. We plan to visit Solstice Gardens and Dreamland Sculpture Gardens.

As we return to our craft stations later on Friday afternoon, we'll enjoy chair yoga before an early evening Sound Bath with Cherie of Somatic Sound and Balance! This will be followed by a homemade dinner and time for some group fun to close our night.

On Saturday, we’ll start with a rise-and-shine yoga practice to prepare us for the day. Right after breakfast, we'll play in the craft room before heading out to a tasty lunch at one of my favorite cafes in Dripping Springs: Rolling in Thyme and Dough! Then, we'll visit a local yarn store, a book store, and the OroBianco food truck for some midday gelato!

Once we return, we'll have a little stretch and release yoga session, followed by some crafting. This is when we finish our big project (I'm so excited!)! Saturday evening, we’ll have dinner and a relaxing yoga Nidra session to unwind from our day.

Sunday morning will be time for one last yoga session together before a breakfast send-off. We'll pack up our crafts for easy transport and say farewell!
NOTE ABOUT LODGING:
All beds are Twin. You will be sharing a room with at least 1 other person. Beds/rooms will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.
Please note: You do not have to book with a roommate(s), but if you are, please let me know in your registration form so I can put you together!
All bathrooms will be shared.
