What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energetic healing modality originally from Japan that can help support the body to heal on all levels. A Reiki session is peaceful, relaxing and suitable for anyone at any age.

The Benefits of Reiki

• Relaxation: Reiki allows your body to release any tension and stress therefore completely relaxing your body and mind.
• Better Sleep: Most people report better sleep after a Reiki session.
• Stress Reduction: By inducing a deep state of relaxation, stress and tension are alleviated.
• Release Discomfort: Reiki allows your body to release discomfort, and is very beneficial before and after any surgery.
• Healing: Reiki promotes your body's ability to heal through stress and relaxation.
• Emotional Well-Being: After a Reiki session, you will feel balanced, positive and very peaceful.

A session is 1 hour long. During the treatment, you will be laying on a massage table (fully clothed), allowing you to relax and enjoy the energy.

Become a Certified Usui Reiki 2 Practitioner!

What is Usui Reiki?
Usui Reiki is an energetic healing modality originally from Japan that can help support the body to heal on all levels. As we all have the innate ability to heal, anyone can learn Reiki, whether you want to provide sessions to friends and family, clients, or for yourself.

In this hands on class, you will continue your Reiki journey by learning:

• Reiki 2 Symbols
• Long Distance Reiki
• Programming Future Healings
• Chair Treatments

As this class is hands on, you will also:

• Practice the Reiki 1 and your new Reiki 2 Symbols
• Practice Chair Healings
• Practice sending Long Distance Reiki
• Practice Programming Future Healings
• Learn how to do a Reiki session incorporating your Reiki 2 Symbols

• In-person Reiki 2 Attunement
• Your Reiki 2 Guide
