What is Reiki?
Reiki is an energetic healing modality originally from Japan that can help support the body to heal on all levels. A Reiki session is peaceful, relaxing and suitable for anyone at any age.

The Benefits of Reiki

• Relaxation: Reiki allows your body to release any tension and stress therefore completely relaxing your body and mind.

• Energy Balancing: During a Reiki session, your body's energy and energy systems are balanced, promoting a sense of calmness and harmony.
• Complementary Therapy: Reiki is used as a complementary therapy alongside many other medical treatments, such as pre and post surgery healing, cancer treatment, etc.

A session is 1 hour long. During the treatment, you will be laying on a massage table (fully clothed), allowing you to relax and enjoy the energy.

🕖 Time: 1 hour sessions are available from 12pm - 6pm PT
