What we’re about
Welcome to the Step by Step Walking Group for walking enthusiasts! This group is open to adults ages 18 and older who like to walk at a steady to moderate pace. Our wanders will take place at different locations throughout the community on the first Sunday of every month at 6:30pm and will last for 1 - 1.5 hours each. After each walk, participants are encouraged to hang out and socialize with each other. Newcomers are always encouraged to join us!
***In the event of heavy rain the walk will be cancelled.***
Our Fall schedule:
September Walk: Sunday, September 1st, at 6:30pm, Natural Spaces Walk & Apple Picking
Location: Orchard Glen Park, 7606 Forest River Road, Fargo.
October Walk: Sunday, October 6th, at 6:30pm, Natural Spaces Walk & Roasting Marshmallows (Making S’mores)
Location: Lindenwood Park, 1905 Roger Maris Drive, Fargo.
Our Winter schedule:
November Walk: Sunday, November 3rd, at 4:00pm, Inside Walk & Facility Tour
Location: The walking track at the Fargo Parks Sports Complex, 6100 38th St. S., Fargo
December Walk: Sunday, December 1st, at 4:00pm, Inside Walk & Looking Back/Looking Ahead Celebration
