Join us for a relaxing time of learning how to be mindful and less stressed in your day and during normal activities. We will practice ways to add meditation to your day and to create positive self-talk

Participants will practice:
-The effectiveness of clearing your mind by using mindful meditation practices
-The necessity of proper breathing
-Recognizing the felt-sense of feeling activated/anxious and knowing how to redirect and self-regulate safely
-Creating certainty by being more intentional and present
-Learn about Brainspotting, why it’s beneficial, and how to use it effectively in meditation.
Participants are encouraged to dress comfortably and bring a pillow/cushion, or yoga mat, blanket, water, pen, and paper for note-taking.
Fee: $20 per person per session
(First time session no charge but you must alert the instructor)
