This group focuses on three key areas: movement, mindfulness, and wellbeing. As I often say: “When you free your body, you free your mind, and vice versa – if you free your mind, you free your body.”
Join a community of explorers, dancers, and movement enthusiasts, and uncover movement lessons that offer new perspectives on body awareness.
My goal is to create a safe space that encourages you to explore, improve, and follow your inner flow—both the flow of your body and mind. This space will help you connect with yourself more deeply and understand yourself better.
My lessons will be drawn on principles from dance improvisation, contemporary dance, somatic movements, physical theatre, and other techniques.
I aim to create an environment where you can let go of judgment, fear, and daily life stresses. A place where you can enjoy the present moment, embrace yourself, and learn a lot about your body, mind, and self.
Having danced over 30 years, I have gathered valuable insights and feel a strong urge to share them with you. I would also like to involve other teachers, dancers, and inspiring individuals to share their knowledge and enrich our community.
