MeetUp: Career ladders and helping engineers grow

Hello again! As we start hearing Christmas songs on the radio and performance reviews are rolling around the corner our last Tech Leads MeetUp of the year will be focused on career growth of engineers with the help of career growth frameworks. You will learn about what they are, how to make the most of them as a lead and how they are implemented and leveraged at two of our biggest tech companies.
Our speakers will be:

• Mateja Vrhovnik, Senior Director of Technology at Outfit7
• Florjan Bartol, VP Engineering at Outbrain

They will guide us through the history of changes, decisions and some of the more interesting implementational details around their career ladders/frameworks.
