Welcome to Tech Connect Donostia, an international group for tech and business enthusiasts in Donostia-San Sebastian!
👋 How this group started: I am Alexandra (but please call me Sasha), French/Russian, and a Senior UX and Game Designer at an American EdTech startup. I’ve been living in Donostia for more than two years. While the city is lovely, I sometimes crave more mental stimulation around my favorite topics: tech and entrepreneurship, so I’ve created this group!
🧑 For whom? The group is open to anyone interested or working in tech/business/entrepreneurship/whatever related, including Product Designers, managers, sales representatives, investors, engineers, developers, product owners, digital nomads, etc.
Structure of the meetup:
The events provide a relaxed and informal environment for participants to connect with like-minded individuals, share ideas, and learn from each other while sipping a drink or a coffee. The formats vary between informal chats, guided conversations, speaker presentations, or a mix of things.
We'd love for you to come with ideas and willingness to facilitate sessions too sometime!

Senior engineer and feminist. Ever since I was a young kid I wanted to be a scientist, which means I spent time studying several different subjects before settling and earning an MSc in Computer Science. I've spent more than a decade in the scientific academic system as a student, a researcher and a professor. I've always been passionate about the role of women in STEM and have actively been campaigning for it my entire life.Agenda
