Join us for a high intensity interval workout led by one of our own! This 45 minute workout is geared towards runners, featuring burpees, hill sprints, squats, lunges, and airing of grievances. With themed-workouts, no two weeks are alike, but one thing is for certain, you are sure to have fun. All are encouraged to bring a towel or a yoga mat for floor exercises like planks and sit-ups.
