Autumn colours at Amisfield Walled Garden

Please join us for an autumn photography meetup at Amisfield Walled Garden, located in the picturesque East Lothian countryside. As the leaves turn vibrant shades of red, orange, and golden yellow, and the autumn season’s fruits and vegetables reach their peak, it's the perfect time to capture the colours of Scottish autumn.
.

Amisfield Walled Garden, dates back to the late 18th century. At 8 acres in size, with 16 foot high stone walls, it is one of the largest in Scotland. The walls and pavilions are an important and integral part of Amisfield Walled Garden. Built in 1783 the buildings have a Category A status as listed historic buildings. The garden features extensive herbaceous borders, fruit and vegetable beds, a wildflower meadow, an orchard, and woodland plantings. If available, visitors can purchase freshly picked produce from the garden to take home, available at the garden entrance (cash honesty box).
.

Afterwards, please join for a lunch or refreshments at The Golf Tavern, 5 Bridge St, Haddington EH41 4AU (five mins drive from the garden).
