Youtube Video Collaboration: Photographing Edinburgh!

We've had a suggestion from a new member of our group to produce and upload a Youtube video about photographing the special spots in Edinburgh, showing your favourite photo in Edinburgh with a small talk about where and how the photo was taken. This project should appeal to both the still photographers and the videographers in our group, and should make an interesting collaboration.

We are thinking along the lines of making a series of short interviews involving the photographer talking about their image. Might be interesting to shoot the video in the location of the image, logistics permitting. We could highlight the less well known locations. Our group has talent across many different genres, from street, to architecture to urban landscape, to natural world. Let's collaborate and bring this together for a little project.

We meet in the Trinity Room of the Leith Community Centre on the last Thursday of each month. Join us with your thoughts and ideas about how we could launch a video about our best advice for photographing this beautiful city.
