"Wild Girls" by Tiya Miles

This month, we have selected Wild Girls: How the Outdoors Shaped the Women Who Challenged a Nation by Tiya Miles. This brief nonfiction selection charts the history of women in nature, and the surprising conclusions that can be found when considering the interplay between women and the outdoors.

December is also our annual Book Club Holiday Party! It will be held at a member's home, and we ask that you bring a wrapped used book for a book exchange after our book discussion. Feel free to bring a side dish or drink to share with friends!
