Join us for Exploring Mindfulness: A 30-Day Meditation Experience, a unique journey designed to help you cultivate mindfulness, reduce stress, and discover inner peace. Whether you are new to meditation or have some experience, this event is a perfect opportunity to explore the transformative benefits of a daily meditation practice.
As part of my PhD dissertation research in Holistic Psychology, this event aims to explore the personal experiences individuals undergo during a 30-day meditation practice. There is no catch—everything you need will be provided! Your participation will help contribute to meaningful research while you experience the positive effects of mindfulness firsthand.
What You'll Do:
- Meditate for at least 20 minutes a day, using guided instructions or a meditation of your choice.
- Fill out a short pre-practice questionnaire before starting the journey.
- Keep a daily meditation journal to record your thoughts, emotions, and observations.
- Complete a post-practice questionnaire at the end of the 30 days.
What If You Miss a Day?
No worries! If you miss a day, simply log it in your journal and try to get back on track. The goal is to explore your personal meditation journey, and consistency is important, but it's okay to pick up where you left off.
Why Participate?
- Experience the benefits of mindfulness, including stress reduction, emotional regulation, and enhanced focus.
- Contribute to research that aims to uncover how meditation can promote personal growth and well-being.
- Everything is done for you—just meditate, reflect, and complete the provided materials!
By joining this event, you'll be supporting meaningful research while taking an important step toward greater mindfulness and self-awareness.
I will also be available throughout the 30 days to check in, answer any questions, and provide guidance as needed. At the end of the program, you will submit your journal entries along with the post-practice questionnaire. All I need is your email address and everything will be sent over (there is no zoom)! Your contribution is invaluable to this research!
