Class Description:
The SPTA 3.0 Class is perfect for those playing for the first time, getting back into the game, or current players looking to perfect new shots for a well-rounded game. This lower-paced class focuses on the fundamentals of hitting groundstrokes, volleys, and serves, all while promoting healthy physical mechanics and achieving reliable, high-percentage shot-making abilities.

90 Minute Class Structure:

  • 20 Minutes: Short and Long Court Warm-ups
Ease into your session with both short and long court warm-ups. We’ll start at a relaxed pace to help you focus on consistency in your contact point and follow-through on every shot, syncing your brain and body under controlled circumstances.

  • 10 Minutes: Stretching and “Shot of the Day” Talk and Demonstration
While we stretch and loosen up, we’ll discuss and demonstrate the “Shot of the Day.” This segment helps you understand the technicalities and mechanics of the shot we’ll be focusing on, setting the tone for the rest of the class.

  • 40 Minutes: Active and Feeding Drilling
Dive into active and feeding drills that emphasize the fundamentals of the “Shot of the Day.” This hands-on segment will help you feel the technique required for the selected shots and situations, giving you practical experience and building confidence.

  • 20 Minutes: Fun Games and Competitive Play
Wrap up the session with fun games and competitive play. This part of the class allows you to apply what you’ve learned in a dynamic, game-like environment, all while enjoying some friendly competition with your peers.

Join us for a fun, engaging, and foundational tennis experience designed to enhance your skills and love for the game! 🎾
