Indoor athletics training incorporating MKAC Sportshall competition for all years up to Year 6.
Basically the same as normal training except we are collecting performances as well:
Standing Long Jump
Standing Triple Jump
Speed Bounce
High Stepper
2 Lap Run
Soft Javelin
