Join us for a Mid-Day Pause, guided by Meditation Practitioner Trung, we will gather to hold space and meditate together. Whether you're new to meditation or have a preferred practice, feel free to join.
We begin by sharing our meditation experiences, followed by a 30-minute meditation. Open discussion follows, providing a supportive space for reflection and connection. Embrace the pause, explore your breath, and join our community in this enriching midday practice.
## About Trung
| Trung considers himself an immersed mindfulness practitioner. He spends much of his time being present and meditates on a daily basis. Yoga Nidras was his introduction to it all in the process to improve his quality of sleep. This led to becoming intrigued with the power of the breath. learn how to meditate, Trung attended a 10-day retreat taught by S.N. Goenka that reinforced the importance of observing the natural breath and gaining insight into oneself and the laws of nature.
Trung shares his experiences and clarifies what mindfulness and meditation is like compared to common belief. The group meditations that Trung leads offer students an opportunity to be part of a team synergy where one can openly share, learn and laugh together.
