CONTINUE TAI CHI: Tuesday evenings 7:00-8:00pm
Our classes emphasize Tai Chi with Body Mechanics. Tai Chi with Body Mechanics promotes balance, fluidity, strength, calmness, relaxation, and rooting. Body Mechanics also contains powerful qigong movements that promote health and vitality. Our curriculum features William C.C. Chen's 60-movement Yang-style form, sword form, and push hands practice.
