Vinyasa Fabric Flow is for those interested in developing a deeper and more fluid connection to their bodies utilizing aerial fabrics. This class will provide opportunities for the aerial hammock to support and challenge you. Vinyasa, defined here as matching breath to movement while maneuvering aerial fabrics, requires intermediate experience. Friends entering their aerial silks practice are encouraged to begin in aerial slow flow to gain basic safety knowledge and build bodily awareness using fabrics.
