NEW TIME: Fridays at 1 pm.
We walk at a regular, somewhat leisurely rate, but not real slow. The walk lasts 1 hour.

So let's go Forest-bathing on the Sasamat Trail on 16th Ave.
It is found directly across from Sasamat St.
The bus stops right across the street.

The trail has a large smooth path for those of us who don't like balancing on a stony, hilly walk. There are also washrooms there.
Rain or shine.......the forest protects us from the rain.

Let's meet at the entrance at 1 pm.
Lots of parking on the street.
