Hi...I'm Vic, a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (500 RYT) with a Master's degree in Psychology and a love for teaching, and I want to help you to be more vibrant!

This group is for those new to or intimidated by yoga...or those who have been practicing a while and have a beginner's mind.

If you are experiencing the stress and overwhelm of daily living and want to find more flexibility in your body and mind, experience an overall sense of peace and clarity, and live a more joyful and vibrant life, join us in incorporating yoga and psychology to connect with nature and reconnect with yourself through movement and mindfulness practices.
