Yin Restorative Intuition Yoga

This is a mini-series, only 4-weeks long, 7/8 -7/29, with a special focus on self-care. It combines Yin & Restorative Yoga poses to deepen your connection with your true self. We will also explore intuitive development work. This will involve journaling, Oracle/Tarot card play, and meditation exercises to expand and open your awareness of the Ajna chakra.
