Move to the rhythm of Hip-Hop, EDM, House, Retro and Remixes with our 88 Empowerment® Endurance HIIT workout! Designed to build endurance and provide fat-burning cardio!
Warm-Up and get the heat going! 88 Empowerment® HIIT Workout (20 minutes): Full-body workout, combining bodyweight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric moves. Cool Down: Stretching and a mindfulness-based cooldown.
This 88 Empowerment® HIIT workout series will take you through a fat-burning full-body workout synced to the beat of music. With a combination of bodyweight, muscle conditioning, cardio, and plyometric exercises, this high-energy class keeps you moving to the rhythm, challenging your strength and endurance.
Please bring a yoga mat (there are some floor exercises), a towel, water and your power!
The meditation cool down promotes mental recovery and sets a positive mindset for the rest of the day. This workout, flow and meditation creates a unique fitness program that truly embodies the Eighty Eight Studios mindset.
