Join Lisa, certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and friends for a Wellness Weekend: a guided 3-day cleanse. (Occurring the first weekend of every month!)

- Delicious Juices, Smoothies, and Vegan Food
Each Wellness Weekend is partnered with Cocobeet to bring you three days of fresh organic juices, nutrient-dense smoothies, vegan food, and health boosters. - Small, Intimate Group Sizes
Each Wellness Weekend is limited in size to maintain the intimacy and integrity of the experience. - Guided Intention-Setting & Mindfulness Practices
Lisa guides us through interactive intention-setting exercises, grounding meditations, and clarity processes to set us up for success and gain the most from our cleanse experience. - Pre & Post-Cleanse Support Zoom Calls
Join Lisa and fellow cleansers for a 90-minute Support Zoom call before and after the 3-day cleanse to set intentions, connect, celebrate, encourage, validate, and share our unique experiences in a safe, supportive, and inspiring space. - Daily Check-ins with a Support Buddy
You will be paired up with a Support Buddy during the Pre-Cleanse Support Call. Together you are invited to hold check-ins during the 3-days of the cleanse to support, connect, encourage, and hold each other accountable.
May we inspire, encourage, and validate each other. May we listen deeply to one another. May we provide accountability where it is most supportive for our unique journeys. May we acknowledge that we are human and that we make mistakes! And may we choose to embrace our imperfections, recognizing any challenges and roadblocks as gifts and seeds of growth.
Our group believes in bio-individuality, the idea that what works for one person may not work for another. So we embrace leaning into what works for our personal unique style. We value consistency, and creating new, positive, sustainable habits gradually over time with love and compassion. Together we are cultivating healthy lifestyles for our optimal wellbeing (body, mind, and spirit)!
We value serving ourselves first and foremost so that we may be of greater service to all.
