Sound Bath and Yin Yoga

Jennifer Eve, of Sound and Ground Yoga, will immerse participants in a healing sound bath while Carolyn guides a yin yoga class for the first 60ish minutes before an extended sound bath savasana.
(No prior knowledge of any form is necessary. All this translates as Jennifer will play really beautiful and resonant sounds while Carolyn guides you thru some gentle yoga poses that you hold for a long time and then you just lie in the ground while Jennifer keeps playing the beautiful sounds. I would bring a blanket.)
