Business Plan Deep Dive & Goal-Setting Session

Event Description:
Welcome to our next Meetup! This time, we’re exploring the cornerstone of every successful business: the Business Plan. Whether refining an existing plan or starting from scratch, this session will help you clarify your vision, define actionable goals, and receive invaluable peer feedback in a supportive setting.
During this event, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Share where you are in your business plan journey and hear from others at various stages.
• Define Short- and Medium-Term Goals that align with your vision.
• Set Action Plans with specific steps to keep you moving forward.
• Pair Up for Accountability with a fellow member who will support and check in with you between meetings.

This session is limited to 8 participants to ensure everyone has ample time to share and receive feedback. Spots will be secured for those who confirm attendance and provide the $5 contribution.

Meeting Location:
The meeting will take place in Fremantle area. Based on the number of attendees, the exact venue and address will be booked and confirmed a week before the event.

Preparation:
To make the most of our time together, please prepare the following:

1. Business Plan Overview: Prepare a brief (3-5 minute) summary of your business and where you currently are in the planning process.
2. Current Challenges or Questions: Note down one or two areas in your business plan where you’d like feedback or support from the group.
3. Goal Ideas: Consider your top short—and medium-term goals, especially those related to your business plan or strategic growth.
