I joyously ran this group for 2 years and am returning from stepping away from it for several years, to focus on my family life. I am so delighted to be able to offer this again as of June 2024! I can’t wait to connect with all of you!
I am a Reiki Practitioner, Meditation Teacher, Certified Massage Therapist, and Jewelry Artist. I have a passion for celebrating and encouraging people to live in wellness and harmony, achieve their dreams and love the life they live!

My intention for this group is to hold a sacred space for women to connect, learn and share about living in balance in Mind, Body and Spirit! May we form a supportive soul tribe community and grow together in wellness and harmony!
Areas of focus and learning may include: conversation, connection, life balance, healing, wellness, Reiki, energy work, chakra healing, crystal healing properties, guided meditations, breath-work, art making workshops, creativity, mandala drawing, doodling, painting, collage, art therapy sessions, journaling, inner reflection, poetry, manifesting dreams, positive thinking, affirmations, mantras, mirror reflection exercises, oracle cards, motivation, inspiration, encouragement, self care accountability, intention, goal setting, empowerment, personal growth mindset.
✨We will meet up monthly on Zoom- every 2nd Wednesday! Check event Meetup account listings for your local time zone.✨
Topics will vary at each monthly event but always contain a guided meditation and journal writing prompts, a lesson on mind/ body health, reflection time and open sharing.
✨Creativity Workshops will be held one Sunday/ month!✨
Additional events on various topics will be held on other dates throughout the month.
You are welcome to attend from any location. I am hosting this group via Zoom video calls for now but plan to offer some in person events as well.
