What we’re about

If you are located in or around Kirkland, interested in women’s wellness as you age, meeting other like-minded women and learning about fitness, nutrition and other areas of wellness, this group is for you! We will offer both virtual and in person events on topics like the importance of muscle as we age, how much protein do we really need, methods for increasing bone density, how to maintain balance as you age, and building strength as we age. We will also get-together on the eastside for fitness walks (if you haven't heard of this, we combine calisthenics during the walk).
