Hill Walk + Strengthening w/ Resistance Bands

We will walk from Spinney Homestead Park to Crestwoods Park where we will do guided resistance band exercises followed by Forbes Creek Stairs (1x for those who choose) and then back to Spinney. Walking distance is 2 miles plus stairs.

Make sure to bring water! Resistance bands will be provided.
