- Step Afrika! + post-show dinner (ART-FULL MEMBERS)Alice Tully Hall, New York, NY
On Friday September 20th, Art-full members are invited to enjoy an upbeat and lively evening of step dance brought to you by Step Afrika!, followed by a post-show dinner.
Advance ticket purchase required here
Hailed as one of the top 10 African American Dance Companies in the US, Step Afrika! blends percussive dance styles practiced by historically African American fraternities and sororities; traditional African dances; and an array of contemporary dance and art forms into a cohesive, compelling artistic experience.
As those who may have seen them perform at Fall for Dance in 2021 will remember, their performances are much more than dance shows; they integrate songs, storytelling, humor, and audience participation. The blend of technique, agility, and pure energy makes each performance unique and leaves the audience with their hearts pounding.
Since it’s an early and relatively short 75 min. show, we’ll gather for drinks/food/dessert after the show to discuss our impressions and share our favorite moments at the Ribbon (approx. 10 min walk from Alice Tully Hall).
All tickets include a seat with the group for the performance. Full experience tickets also include 1 alcoholic beverage OR appetizer or dessert at the restaurant. All other food/drink needs to be paid separately on-site at the restaurant.

- A Broadway Fairy Tale ftg. Sutton Foster + STK BrunchHudson Theater, New York, NY
Join us on Sunday September 22nd to experience the magic of Once Upon a Mattress on Broadway, plus brunch at STK NYC Midtown before the show.

Once Upon a Mattress, the iconic musical comedy, is back on Broadway for the first time since 1996. Two-time Tony® winner Sutton Foster gives what The New York Times calls an “ebullient, joyful, perfectly goofy” performance as Princess Winnifred the Woebegone.
Direct from its record-breaking New York City Center Encores! run and newly adapted by Amy Sherman-Palladino (The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel), this New York Times Critic’s Pick introduces the unapologetically eccentric Winnifred to a repressed kingdom, where she charms, delights, and dances her way to the top… of a stack of mattresses.
