¿ Cuál es el plan?
🥾 El Parque Natural de la Sierra de Guara está situado en está situada en el pre-pirineo aragonés, en Huesca y cuenta con multitud de cañones kársticos esculpidos por el aire y el agua que formaron rocas de formas y colores asombrosos. Los ríos cristalinos y los pequeños pueblos nos invitan a descubrir la rica historia de este extraordinario espacio natural, en el que haremos fantásticas rutas de senderismo.
La Sierra de Guara es también famosa por ser unos de los mejores lugares en el mundo para la práctica de la escalada. (tú eliges si solo quieres hacer senderismo o si quieres practicar también escalada).

🥾 The Natural park of Sierra de Guara is located in the pre-Aragon Pyrenees, in Huesca and has a multitude of karstic canyons sculpted by air and water, that formed rocks of amazing shapes and colours. The crystal-clear rivers and the small villages invite us to discover the rich history of this extraordinary natural area, in which we'll do amazing hikes.
The Sierra de Guara is also very famous for being one of the best spots in the world to practice climbing. (it is up to you to choose whether you just want to go hiking or if you also want to go climbing).

Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology. Connect with nature and discover the beautiful region of The Sierra de Guara Natural Park located in the Aragonese pre-Pyrenees, in Huesca. There are a multitude of karst canyons sculpted by air and water and its crystal-clear rivers will call us to feel the experience of cold exposure.Who is this workshop for?
Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to learn more about the Wim Hof Method — this offers something for everyone.Beginners and advanced practitioners catered for.
The workshop element is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.You will learn and practice:
- Science-backed breathwork techniques to produce more energy, reduce stress levels and augment the immune response 😮💨
- Conscious cold therapy – make the cold your ‘warm friend’ and use it to improve your cardiovascular system, balance hormones and produce endorphins ❤️🧊

About the host:
👨🏻🏫WHM activities led by expert Wim Hof Method instructor Huw Lloyd-Griffiths. Entering his 4th year as a certified WHM instructor, he has led retreats & workshops with over 1000 people around the world (including several impactful mountain/hiking retreats) helping people to empower themselves with powerful breathing techniques, cold exposure mastery and mindset training in order to become more “happy, healthy & strong”.🧘🏻♀️We will also be joined by Teagan, our long-term collaborator. She's a certified Yoga instructor and Meditation facilitator. She will be adding some optional sessions to get the body moving and the mind focused.

We’ll be staying in fully-furnished apartments in the middle of the Sierra de Guara Natural Park.🧏🏽 Language: all sessions will be given in english and spanish.
🚗 How do we get there? We'll be sharing private cars. When you sign up, you'll be invited to let us know if you have a car, how many people can come with you. Each passenger will pay €35 to the driver to cover expenses.
