San Diego Mom Crew Sound Bath and Open Play

Join San Diego Mom Crew at Little Lane Playroom to rest, recharge and meet new friends! RSVP required here.

We will listen to a 30-minute relaxing sound bath with crystal alchemy singing bowls, an ocean drum, rain stick, chimes and more from Shannon Yeager. Little ones will then have 60 minutes to explore and play while caregivers mingle. We will have a short Q&A session with Delightful Dreamers during the open play session. To-go snacks will be provided by Born & Grazed.

Shannon Yeager is the host of San Diego Mom Crew and mama to a bubbly and curious 1 year old. She is a wellness coach, yoga instructor (RYT-500), sound healer and Reiki practitioner. Shannon’s mission is to help moms find balance, healing and purpose through alignment and energy work (with a little laughter along the way).
