Chair yoga is a form of yoga practiced by sitting on a chair, or standing using a chair for support.
Just some of the benefits of chair yoga are improved flexibility, concentration and strength while boosting your mood, and reducing stress and joint strain. You will need to bring a small hand towel and water bottle. Chair yoga is good for everyone, no matter your age, shape or size, so join us for this fun class.
No experience is needed. All are welcome, experienced practitioners and newbies alike!

Come in comfortable clothing, with a water bottle (if required).
Chair, props, bricks, and blankets are provided.
We have a kitchen facility, two bathrooms, and chairs to sit on (if required).
