Yoga In Nature: REST & RENEWAL Mid-Week Mini Retreat

It's holiday time and are you taking care of yourself, so that you may enJOY the season? How about a little 'REST & RENEWAL' mid-week, in the midst of it all? If you are unable to make it, perhaps you gift this experience to a friend or family member as an early holiday gift:)
Will you find 2.5 - 3 hours on Wednesday morning, 12/4, to join up to 10 attendees for:
- Slow flow to yin yoga practice 75 minutes beginning with calming breath work. (half of the class will be yin to savasana)
- Connect with nature with a guided nature walk to embrace that changing season.
- Relax around the fire pit or inside by the by the fire.
- Warm your soul with hot seasonal teas and light snacks.
This event is beginner friendly. ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
Bring your own yoga mat, or borrow one, and anything you might need for your yoga practice. NOTE: we will practice outdoors in warm weather greets us, or we will be inside in the yoga studio. We will be outdoors for the nature walk.
Settle in. Relax. Leave feeling renewed and peaceful from the morning of self-care.
