Time for another one of our regular 'Yorkshire-famous' Brew York drinks socials! π₯π Please note that this event is primarily aimed at people in their 20s and 30s.

We've hired out the large private Hoptail Lounge room adjacent to the public Tap Room downstairs.
While all our events are free to members, we do encourage donations if you've been a couple of times and enjoy it as it is unfortunately not free to run.
For transparency, running this group on the Meetup platform costs around Β£200 each year, and around Β£100-200 each year is usually spent on equipment, decorations, marketing, admin, etc. across our standard events and for special events. These costs currently fall entirely on the group owner, Alistair, but for the group to stay sustainable as we grow - we're asking for a small optional monthly donation around the price of a coffee or pint.

This place has plenty of standing space, cozy tables, and chill sofas scattered around for your comfort. We have our own sound system, and yes, we do take requests.
You'll also be able to order food from Yuzu, an awesome Korean food place located upstairs. Brew York has a massive range of beer brewed in-house, it also has a wide selection of gins and other spirits, a great cocktail menu, and a nice range of soft drinks.
We meet, talk, drink, eat, and get to know each other before later moving on to another bar around 23.00 - usually, we end up at The Habit on Goodramgate for some live music to end the night.
Whether you're a York newbie or a long-time local, you're all welcome to join the events! We love meeting new members, and every meetup is a chance to connect with amazing folks and make lasting memories. There are always plenty of other new people at each event.

Time to end another year of York Social Group with one last big christmas party at Brew York! π₯π
