An Evening of Meditative Nourishment, Deep Relaxation and Clarity
We come together to share breath practices, mindful movement, Yoga Nidra relaxation meditation and Tibetan singing bowls meditation to reduce the hold of stress, anxiety and tension. An evening to rest deeply, come back to calm and connect to yourself and others. We make space for more joy, balance and peace in our hearts and in our lives.

How it works:
You will be guided into a series of meditative practices. Yoga Nidra meditation with take you to the lineal space at the threshold of sleep where deep healing and restoration happens. You transition into deeper brain wave frequency connecting to your subconscious supporting you to let go and relax while you heal your body, mind and emotions.
What is included:
- Short seated breathing practice
- Mindfulness
- A series of gentle nourishing meditative yoga moves
- About 30 mins of deep relaxation with yoga nidra and sound healing while lying comfortably on a yoga mat supported with blankets, pillows and bolsters.
These circles are held in Thalwil, near the Boni centre and free parking is available nearby. There is also access by bus and train.
Circles are open and accessible to all.
